Flames of the Dark Crystal #4 (Jim Henson's The Dark Crystal)

So wonderful, fantastic prose and a terrific fourth act to the story. I wish there was a fifth book!

I have started reading the first book which this is and it is great I absolutely love it I have them all and most likely will be putting comments on all once I finish reading all of them but it's a great read and I would suggest it to just about anyone that loves The Dark Crystal and wants to jump into the world of Thra I would suggest this to teens also adults that are fans of The Dark Crystal or The Dark Crystal age of resistance so if you have the time and the money definitely spend it on this

Even though I’m well above the target audience, i found the stories and the characters to be well developed and interesting. This ties in nicely to the Netflix series and adds character development to characters that didn’t have as much screen time in the show.

I absolutely loved these books and so sad when I finished reading them. It just feels incomplete due to the show being cancelled on Netflix there is so much more to expanded on through the events of the Garthim War. Hoping that maybe due to the cancellation we might get to see more about Naia, Kylan and Rian.

I love this entire series! I was sad when it ended... There was so much plot and character depth that wasn’t in the Netflix series

The book came completely unharmed and in perfect condition. The world-building and storytelling is stellar as usual for the series and the illustrations are beautiful. Highly recommended for all fans of The Dark Crystal.

Just couldn't put this one down. This took me only two days to finish. This was such an awesome series worth reading. And I'm absolutely hyped to see the upcoming Netflix series this week.

Absolutely love all 4 books. I picked the perfect time to read them because this one released when I just finished book 3. Highly recommend to all Dark Crystal lovers, and those who have never watched the original movie or series on Netflix.

The final installment in this prequel series to The Dark Crystal movie (which I've never seen lol).Everything gets wrapped up nicely, which is both great and highly annoying.Everything was a little TOO nicely wrapped up. I am never a huge fan of HEA, I always want the tragic endings in everything I read. I feel like it's more realistic when someone gets burned in the end.Anywho, that's just me. Overall the series is interesting and I loved how Lee took something and expanded the original world into something all his own.I will likely never watch the movie (puppets freak me out), but my partner gave me the rundown of what's what in the flick, so I feel like I'm good.

Not read this one yet but read all the others and enjoying the story which is somewhat different from the Netflix series but still good. Great cover illustration but it's a pity the ones inside the book are all mono.
