DO NOT BUY!! I spent 5+ hours attempting to connect this headset to my pc. The headset itself will NOT connect to the wireless base station that was included. Tried downloading software to update the firmware on the headset and wireless adapter which didnt work. When using a wired connection, the left earphone would not play any audio and it was impossible to get the mic input setup for chat. 3.5mm cord was logitech, not even the same brand of the actual headset so it seems like there were random pieces and parts just thrown together. boom mic was scratched up. Everything about this product is awful, not to mention it came in a different box than pictured on the amazon store and not even sure if its the correct headset that they claim to be selling.

When I got the headset brand new it was good for about a year. But then the Bluetooth in it starts not working, I play call of duty and as soon as I start hearing footsteps it would cut out and I wouldn’t be able to hear anything. I’d advise getting the new ones and not the refurbished. I’ve had problems with refurbished stuff from Amazon before and probably won’t buy anything else refurbish again from Amazon.

I bought the same model at costco, but I still have feedback for these.First off, I love the dual dials for chat and PC audio, that's awesome. Also having the right side press in to mute the mic is great, as well as holding it to turn off the mic monitor.The bad part is how poorly the materials have held up. The headrest is coming off, the ear cups are coming off, and the plastic right above the ear cups have cracked but still holding together. I'm going to use these until they die, but might need to use some super glue to get there!

The media could not be loaded.  I like the brand LucidSound but this Amazon "Renew/Refurbished" seller gets zero stars.These shouldn't be sold at a yard sale but here they are, on Amazon! The mic is in pieces, the headset is dirty, has glue on the outside and it's covered in dirt. I am appalled.

Had it for less than/about a week and it started beeping at random times,even when it was fully charged. When it would beep it would cut out all audio,no one could hear me and I couldn't hear anything. Box was not what the picture was,it looked like eco-friendly paperboard. Showed up as LS31LD,which i assumed meant Limited Edition; but when I looked up the Limited Edition even the box wasn't the same. Do not purchase this,buy from the actual store or verified store seller on Amazon.
