Great non-powdered gloves. I work in a laboratory, and prefer non-powdered gloves because of the residue and potential for contamination. Cut/tear resistance for these gloves is at least as good as other similar gloves that I've used in the past. In a sealants and adhesives environment, foreign contaminants are an issue in that some gloves will disrupt adhesion due to some material transfer (mold release agents, plasticizers, etc). It will of course be dependent on your particular adhesives used, but we have found this product to be one of the few that are compatible to use with no observed issues.
