Kane's Big Picture: An Early Intro to Entrepreneurship for Kids

This is a great book for children of all ages. The illustrations are wonderful, the books message is very important and it is so cleverly written. My daughter is 6 years old and she loves the book itself and the interactive coloring book at the end is really cool! She really enjoys it! As a mom who is an entrepreneur myself and had a business of my own as a child, I really love this book! Definitely recommend!

Written in verse and illustrated with lovely drawings, this little book is about a boy who loves to draw. Everyone wants one of his pictures. He based his giving upon the Golden Rule. People started paying for his pictures. He developed a business from his art. The author then challenges the readers to create their own businesses.The art alone makes this an outstanding children’s book. I really liked the way the author eased into causing readers to think about their own talents and possibilities of a business from them.

What a creative and beautifully illustrated lesson on how to turn something that you love, and are good at, into a business—a very good lesson for young impressionable minds to learn. The narrative, written in rhyme, was also entertaining and memorable. Highly recommended for young readers as well as adults who read to young children.

This is an excellent book to not only teach children to be entrepreneurial but to also have an awareness as a parent to take an interest and be in the moment with your child. The story is great and so are the illustrations. It really is a great book and the interactive coloring portion is a fantastic way to end the journey. Thank you for making this book !

What a great book! First off the size of the book and quality for a paperback surprised me, great font size for children to read and write in. This book right here will start your children’s mindset to do what they love! From the poetry, drawing, and other skills they come to have truly learning to stick to what you love and make a living doing so. It’s a great inspirational book, adults can benefit from this too! Will be buying more for teacher friends classroom book libraries!

I really Love the illustrations. Great book to encourage kids to think about their passions turning into income. Fun read

This is a very good book on encouraging kids to do the thing in life that you have a passion for. Do it because you love doing it, not because you expect something in return. By doing what you are passionate about, you will succeed. The rewards will also come. This book should not only be a lesson for kids but for adults too. I also love the great pictures included in this book.

Good illustrations and bad poetry. The entreprising message of the book is fine, but the techniques are not very practical.

Is so cool to see such an original childrens book with so many valuable lessons easily explained. I wish I had something like this when I was a kid. Highly recommend. The coloring section was an added bonus!
