Solid rack of no-corner-cutting design
I took a bit risk and added this rack to my home gym when it has no review on Amazon. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The rack arrived in a box that is much larger than I thought. I was expecting a packed box of square iron tubes that I need to bolt up like the XMark VKR Power Tower that I put together a few years ago. The manufacturer of this rack refused to cut the corner in their design. They welded the 45 degree supporting beam onto the foot and the vertical bar. This design makes it impossible for the vendor to pack the rack into a small box. It might have costed them 100%-150% more packing space and increased their shipping and warehousing cost. Nevertheless, the frame that is welded together is much stronger and might be lighter. It's also much easier for me to put the rack together because it saved me at least 14 bolts and nuts that I used to erect the XMark Power TowerThe color scheme is bold and eye-catching. Compared to my grey XMark Power Tower, this rack added a flavor of dynamic energy to my basement gym. It's hard not to notice the red connecting bar and the two red weight rests. It's easy to adjust the height and the width of the rack to match my exercises and my build. It gave me a sense of safety to try more challenging weights and exercises. All together, I like this rack and will recommend it to my friends who are into body building using free weight.

Great value, strudy construction, easy to assemble
Great value for a home gym setup. Easy to assemble, the instructions were very straightforward and I did not have any difficulty. This works great for both squats and bench press, I have not used it for dips yet, but I’m sure it’s a solid setup.

Put spring-loaded knobs on the inside of vertical bars.
Used this for benchpress and it worked pretty well. I did not use it for squats yet. Like others have written without weight on the bottom I could see it being a little wobbly when it’s taller. Very easy to put together even without instructions. I do suggest putting the spring-loaded knobs on the inside (right pic). If you put them on the outside like the picture shows the plates will hit it.

Heavy gauge steel was a surprise.
I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product. Great for the home gym. If you are looking for an Olympic weight lifting experience, go spend a few hundred more. This rack is versatile for benching, squatting and I also use it to rest my curl bar on. If there is one complaint it is that at the most narrow setting the dip handles are about two inches wider than my shoulders. I cannot do dips comfortably.Easily assembles with a 17mm socket and wrench. The accessory package is well packed and not missing any pieces. The washers for the bolts on the cross members are stored in the center of the rubber bumpers. Don't assemble it and then find the washers and then have to take it apart and put it back together again.I was surprised that the steel is relatively heavy gauge. I have scaffolding (made in China) at work that is not as heavy gauge as this.I purchased this rack after agonizing over the amount of racks on this site. If you are looking for Heavy duty stuff, you are going to spend hundreds more. This rack performs adequately for your average lifting experience. I am happy after spending weeks looking for a decent squat rack that I made this purchase. Now I have to find a good bench that will make me just as happy.

Very nice bench and squat rack.
Very happy with this purchase. Looks great, feels solid/well made, and does the job.Love that you can put it wide enough to do bench press comfortably and have no issues adding or removing weights to barbell (single 45 on barbell does not lift or tip at all).Easy to adjust for incline or squats once you get use to how it works. Arms and uprights slide and move nicely with feel of quality... Seems much nicer than it cost. The only negative is that if you don't leave some weights in the weight holder pegs on back, the whole thing can tip forward. Seems to take about 50 lbs (at least a 25 on each holder peg) to balance the thing out...tipping can occur when more than 100lbs on bench arms (red ones) and you roll the barbell to the front to start lifting or return barbell and don't aim back against uprights.Worth noting as safety issue but once figured out have used daily without issue or worry.Got this and found a barely used bench seat unit with leg extensions on Craig's list. Together $200 and was nicer/better than anything available new for that price. And having separate bench that can move away for squats offers a lot more options.Have not used for dips yet but uprights seem plenty sturdy... Again I'd leave weights on the peg holders for safety why don't this. For this price I'd definitely recommend. My teenage boys love it and comment that it's was nicer than than anything their friends have... And they now come over to use this.

Gets the Job Done
I bought this one because it is one of the few non-Olympic stands that has protruding tubes that can be used for plate storage. I also like the cantilever beams that are easy to raise and lower. My dislikes are 1 - no directions included, 2 - poor packaging (loose nuts and bolts everywhere), 3 - brittle plastic is used at the metal ends and one casing broke off, 4 - the bottom vertical tubes should be 6" higher to allow for double wall thickness at the cantilever beam supports when raising them for incline bench presses (for safety) and 5 - the horizontal cross member at the base is not perfectly straight indicating poor craftsmanship. I would not buy it again but will not go through the hassle of returning it.
