Does goody putty bounce

Yes, good putty does bounce. It must be shaped into a ball to get it to bounce back to you; otherwise it goes everywhere!

What is the best way to open these can?

The best way I have found is to first, take off the wrapper from the can. After you have removed the wrapper, I use a non-slip piece of shelf liner to wrap around the can and remove the lid. I have several pieces of this shelf liner that I use to open jars, cans and anything else that needs a good grip to loosen. Hope this helps.

What are the ingredients? It gave one of my kids blisters from contact, and I'd like to figure out what exactly he had a reaction to

Hello. It does not tell me the ingredients, but it does say it has amine and epoxy resins which are reactive to skin. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
