Very fine Sicilian oil with suggestions to vendor
Normally, I'm a Spanish EVOO guy, but I wanted a change and this is really good! Smooth, fragrant and just a hint of the aftertaste I like. The Sicilians have really made a winner here, the gold medals are truly deserved. I would only recommend this oil for dipping on white bread or on plain pasta to enjoy the unencumbered flavor profile. On a side note to vendor, please consider using more tin cans for your packaging. The main enemy of EVOO is light and the tins stop all that plus the recycling profile is better.
