The original writing on mobile workforces
Reading the background of the two authors is very interesting, both are accomplished in innovation and technology and these are the two authors that were hired by the largest publisher, McGraw Hill Professional.Mr Kroth has a long line up of management and leadership books on many subjects. Mr Clemons has an equally impressive list of software platform for mobile management and video training technologies.I find the bios of these two men to be impressive , providing us the insight of leading mobile teams thrust Trust and consistency and not just an internet connection. As originators they were spot on and I thank them both for this amazing collection of stories and human insight. I will use this book in all of my classes on remote learning and team building!

Useful
Nearly all the members of my work team are scattered around the country, and there's not much difference between a mobile workforce (as it is called in this book's title) and a distributed working group. This book has good ideas for making the distance between you and your coworkers or employees feel less significant and for increasing productivity.
