I think it's a surprisingly good mic... It holds up against my smart lav+ from Rode which I still prefer but for the price it's a great B mic. *However you need to attach the short adapter cable for use with a smartphone in my case an iPhone 4s as a "microphone pack" and this can be an issue since the adapter cable can come loose when shooting as people wiggle and then you have zero audio. This happened on a take but I gaff taped the adapter on. Just be aware this can be an issue and make sure you secure the adapter if your using this as an interview mic for video.

The mike arrived very well packaged. It was purchased to help my father inlaws speech to be understood since has parkinson's disease. He spoke very quietly and a little mumbled, so we used the mike with a iphone, coupled with a mike app and a blue tooth speaker. It seemed to work well, but he passed away before we could set it up for him.One small issue, the foam pads over the mike to prevent popping work, but easily fall off. While there is an extra, he would not have the motor skills to keep it on, or replace it.

Simple. Though the directions were a bit confusing: it states it cannot be used with ios9 - but it can. I plug it directly into my ipod and it works fine with the memo app or a a purchased app (Rode). I have used more expensive mics, but this sounds just as good as those did. My only dislike is the size of the foam cover on the mic. It is too big. I take it off and place the mic about 7 inches from my mouth (on my shirt - about three buttons down from the scraggly old chin mine).

This Lav mic is decent. For the price this is not a bad product. It does a pretty good job with cancelling background noise and the quality of the recorded sound isn't bad.

This item worked well for a time. Then the clip broke, rendering it completely unusable.

I was quite surprised by the sound quality for the price. I paired it with the Voice Record Pro app, free, on my iPhone to record uncompressed wav files. Far superior to the audio on both of my cameras. My only complaint would be the mic head is pretty large. However, tucked away in a shirt collar it's barely noticeable. Great purchase for the price.

The microphone provides very clear sound. The only thing I am not sure about is whether to use the adapter cable or not. I can't tell the difference with and without it. No fault of the manufacturer of the mic of course. I will have to figure out which makes a better recording. Thanks.

Works great. Love how small it is and it gives me great sound in my iPhone for getting those awesome testimonials in loud areas.
