The basket came flat packed with picture instructions,the quality of the main basket feels good and robust,it also comes with a removable linning that acts as a bag this is attached by 4 corner toggles,to enable you to remove your laundry to the location of your washer without moving the whole basket.The basket comes with 4 collapsible poles which fit into sleeves at each corner to make the basket taught,this was the only area I encountered any problems these poles make the sides of the basket taught so to enable this the fit is tight,and I struggled slightly on forcing the top end of the pole to the top of the basket.But even that hasn’t deterred me from the 5 stars,it is good quality material with a wooden framed top rimThe sides are nice and taught ,it is easy to carry from room to room as it has a slot for your hands on each side .It holds 100 litres of clothes which is a large amount and is very smart lookingIt would fold down again if requiredAnd there is a link on the instructions to see a video on how to put it togetherI think it was value for money and would recommend it came in several colours ,I purchased the blue

I paid for this laundry basket myself.I got this for my daughter’s bedroom, as since we’ve moved house she’s been using a plastic bin. It comes with the outer basket, inner storage bag/carrier and 4 x support rods.To put it together you must pull the base up through the top which gives you access to the four thin sleeves. You thread the rods down each of these and then push the base back through the top. Now comes the tricky part. You need to tuck the top of the rod under the wood effect frame in each corner and use the Velcro button tab to hold it in position. That is the easiest way I found of doing it. There is a QR code link on the instructions, which will take you to a video showing you how to set it up, but I personally didn’t find it much help re these support rods.Once you’ve done that, the inner bag just goes inside and hooks over the four wood effect buttons. It’s a little tight getting the loop over the buttons, but I would imagine that will loosen off with use.It looks really nice one up and is quite big. The quality is good as well. Since I’ve only just gotten this, I’m unable to comment on how well it’s going to last with continuous use.I hope you found this review & photos interesting, informative, and useful. I love how this hamper blends in with my bedroom decor thanks to its bamboo lid and modern design. It’s large enough to hold plenty of laundry, and the lid keeps everything neatly out of sight. The only minor downside is the handles could be a bit more comfortable for heavier loads, but overall it’s a great addition to my home.

Considering the price I was delighted at the quality and size of this laundry bin. At £23.99 it’s very good value. Took a few minutes to assemble , the metal rods simply slide into the material tubes and make it very stable. The interior lift out bag is fixed to the toggles and it holds a good amount of washing. The material matches our bed and bedside cabinets making it fit in seamlessly . Would definitely recommend it’s a stylish laundry holder

I'm impressed with this! I thought, for £30, it would be a bit rickety. I have previously bought another for a similar price that was lined with cardboard and it ended up crumpling after not very long, the struts on this one make it far more sturdy!• It was a bit fiddly to tuck the struts into their fabric channels during assembly, but the design is clever: the velcro flaps securing the struts inside the channels are what the buttons for the hanging bag are secured to, so the weight of your laundry avoids any chance of them popping open! The instructions are clear and it took me maybe 3 minutes to assemble in on my own (it might be a little easier/quicker if someone's holding the upper 'ring' up for you).• The buttons are also fiddly - they're quite large in comparison to the bag loops, and they're sewn on tight so, getting the loops around them takes longer than it could. It would be nice to have the option to buy an additional bag.• The handles and bamboo frame make it easy to carry (which I don't often do, to be fair, as the bag system is simpler for my purposes).• The lid is sturdy too - we have a substantial cat who, at nearly 6kg, has destroyed many a laundry basket lid. This one is holding admirably up to his tonnage.All in all, it's a surprisingly attractive basket that has a great capacity but is compact enough that it doesn't make itself a 'feature' in a room. I didn't think I'd ever describe a laundry basket as attractive, but here we are I suppose. I'd recommend!EDIT: 5 months on and I'm finding the buttons aren't nearly as fiddly now the stitching securing them has stretched a little with use. I unbutton the inner bag every time I take the laundry downstairs and it's no trouble at all now.

Loved laundry bin, fits perfectly in room and attractive to look at. Well made and hard wearing.

Updated review 14 /2/25 after seeing the review the seller contacted me and sent me a new basket fantastic customer service and brilliant product as I think previous one was just a fault .. new basket perfectDifficult to put together but once done very sturdy, looks good, holds enough laundry and is a good design but my only concern is that after a few weeks of use a hole has appeared at the top of the liner and therefore I don’t think it will last very long which defeats the purpose of the liner .. it’s ashame I can’t buy a replacement liner although after a few weeks use it shouldn’t happen

i have brought this 3 years ago. It’s really good but now the inner bag has been damaged and worn out. I loved the grey and it stores lots of my laundry. it’s very easy to use and the inner bag can be moved very easily. The material is very soft. I was wondering if the inner bag can be purchased if yes i would like a link.
