Comfortable!
The quality of these inserts is excellent. They are easy to insert and very comfortable. Cleaning is a breeze and they have held up their integrity through washing and sterilizing.

I was between sizes with my Willow pump
I wasn’t sure if theses would help with being between sizes. I have a 27mm flange with the Willow pump and this helped them fit much better. No more discomfort from the bigger flange. Fits in great and no loss of suction.

Ok but a little thick
The thickness is good for durability however it made it a little harder to position for pumping. Overall ok.

Wonderful product. In between sizes? Get this!
Purchased this since I’m in between sizes for Willow flanges. Using the Willow 27mm with this insert made all the difference. Highly recommend to anyone who is in between sizes on pump flanges. Didn’t have any effect on suction like Pumpin Pals did.

Not helpful
Bought these because of my elastic nipples. Bought in 2 different sizes to be safe and neither improved my pumping epxerience. Also, the opaque color makes it difficult to see what is going on inside the flange.

Works in maymom-brand only standard Spectra flanges besides cups
I’m not sure why everything says these can’t be used in regular maymom spectra flanges; they can! I’m not sure if they would fit in the actual spectra brand ones though.These are pretty good. I got them for elastic nipples and honestly if you need them for that these aren’t great. They don’t help keep the nipple from stretching too far and the ends are sharp and end up scraping the sides of the nipple. For elastic nipples I’d stick with BeauGen. I can’t comment on whether or not they’d be good for regular nipples but the quality is great and a little plastic case for them is included!

Fit my Freemie Cups
I purchased these to fit my Freemie cups. The cups come in a 25mm & 28mm so I needed to find something in a 24mm and these fit the 28mm perfectly. Very pleased with this purchase.

They seem to fit perfectly not only in my freemie cups but in my other spare pump as well. Definitely would recommend to any mommy trying to find the right flange fitting size!

Modifications needed for the Elvie
I know it’s supposed to be for the spectra but other brands appear to work across flanges and this didn’t work for the Elvie, all auction was lost.(Edit) However, if you cut up to the marking that’s past the triangle bit it seems to work for the Elvie.
