These are extremely strong. Lots of other ginger supplements don't show their standardization, or have it at 5% or 10%. These are 20%. 1 pill is more than enough, 2 will most likely give you heartburn. Sometimes I feel a tingle and very slight burn with just 1 pill. However in terms of helping with digestion and nausea, 10/10, zero complaints. I find that the slight burn is worth it. Eating bigger meals most likely will minimize the heart burn.

These potent little capsules are fantastic. I bought these to combine with Curcumin/ Black Pepper capsules, and Boswellia. The combination seems to be just what I needed for my joints and muscles. Great value for the price. I'll be buying these again

First capsule “bit” my tongue. Saw review of “hot capsules “ and followed the advice. Will see how the next capsule does. Can broken capsules be avoided?

This is the best ginger supplement currently. Helps with peristalsis and all the other anti-inflammatory properties it has!!

I use this product and a couple of others for inflammation and joint issues. Altogether they seem to do a pretty good job. That said ... my last order of this product came with a couple of capsules open and the ginger extract powder spread throughout the bottle, coating all of the other capsules. WOW. This ginger extract is VERY VERY HOT, uncomfortably/unpleasantly so, on the tongue and in the mouth :-(. And watch out for accidentally inhaling the powder...sneezing and irritation. I dumped the remaining capsules into a sieve to shake off as much powder as possible, thoroughly cleaned the bottle, then dumped the shaken capsules into an unscented facial tissue to gently rub and agitate them some more to get off any remaining residue. I did this last process a couple of times. It mostly took care of the problem. And just to add: visually it looked like some of the capsules weren't completely filled. Either that, or the capsules hadn't been closed firmly so the powder was loose in them. I'll order this product again, hoping that this experience was just a one-off. If it happens again, I'll look for another brand.

Ginger is know to calm the stomach. I use this in conjunction with a strong Berberine. The two together help with stomach food noise and other stomach issues

Amazon is the only place I could find Gingerol. I can fin all kinds of ginger, but Gingerol is different

My daughter was suffering with some pretty awful mood swings. Think Dr. Jeckl and Mr. Hyde. She'd tried every natural solution she could find and came across a product that really worked well for her. But then the company making it went out of business. The mood swings came back with a vengeance. So I searched for the key ingredients, one of which was gingerol, and found this awesome product. While it doesn't work quite as well as the other product she had been using, it's the best alternative we've come across so far. What we've found in our personal research and my daughter's personal experience, is that Gingerol helps regulate prostaglandins, which when they get out of balance, such as before or during a woman's flow cycle, cause increased pain, such as menstrual cramps, as well as Major Mood Swings. But by taking Gingerols plus Cramp Bark she can help minimize these awful symptoms. If by sharing this information at least one more woman can have a better monthly experience, I will be delighted that I took the time to share.
