It stopped working after 2 months of use. Called the customer care for product support, they didn't send anyone to check just sent some random part, which got delivered after 1 month and in rusted condition, after that they assigned technician which came after another 20 days, I should not calll that person a technician but still, he said the issue is in motor and the part sent is wrong. They closed the query as resolved and asked me to again raise a query for motor. Since i was stuck with this useless thing, I again raised a query, again they send the product in 20 days and after I reminded that motor has reached they assigned same person who came after more 15 days. He changed the motor, but created new issue the PCB i.e. the control was somehow damaged/not connected properly during repair and some functions were not working, now the technician says its just that light is not coming but everything else is proper, raised query with customer support again asked for video, nothing done so far. After using the machine i noticed that he also misaligned the part which was working fine earlier. All in all wasted 12000 on machine which did not even work for 2 months and caused myself headache by contacting customer support for warranty and repair. I used to buy a lot of products from Agaro but after having an experience with customer support I would never recommend anyone to buy any product from this brand product. There are other brands in the same price range and having better customer support. Used for 2 months repairs took 4 months and still the machine is not working properly. Very Disappointed. Ofcourse the manufacturer and seller will not even look at this but I really hope my review atleast alerts someone and save their hard earned money.

I bought this leg massager mainly for calf and foot massage, but my experience was disappointing. The calf section does not provide a proper kneading massage; it only applies pressure. It also does not fit my calves properly, so only about half of the calf area receives compression. The foot massage is also not very effective. It is not comfortable to use while sitting, and the massage experience is nowhere close to a massage chair. It mainly provides compression/pressing, which may give some temporary relief, but don't expect a deep or relaxing massage. The calf area feels quite rough during use. Unfortunately, I was not able to return the product. Overall, it may help with basic compression relief, but it did not meet my expectations as a leg massager.

Both my wife and I are senior citizens (67 and 73 years respectively) and often face the problem of tired legs and resultant pains and aches. We have been using the machine in our home and are 80% satisfied with its performance. It really relaxes and rejuvenates our legs. But I feel it's coverage is little less than required. I am 171 cm tall. The machine does not cover my total cuff muscles. Also, for a person with thinner legs, the pressure on the calf muscles are less. After using it very sparingly for about 5 months, the machine started emitting noise. I contacted Agaro customer care on several occasions to rectify the problem but other than an acknowledgement, no help was extended. Finally, about 10 days back, one gentleman responded that they have sought approval of higher ups for replacing the machine. But thereafter there is no response from Agaro. I request Amazon authorities to take up the matter with Agaro so that the problem in the machine is either rectified or the machine is replaced. Please help us. I would like to inform you the latest status. Today (20.03.2024) another machine has been delivered to my address. The old machine has not been taken back. Since I don't know the next move by the company towards providing the replacement machine, I have not yet installed the new one. I would wait for a couple of days to hear from the company. Thanks I am really fed up with Agaro. The machine delivered as replacement of the original one is also defective as in the right side of the foot massager there is a particular point where something hard strikes the bone and after few minutes, one cannot continue with massaging as that particular point near right ankle gets dented due to the pressure from that unknown hard object. I don't know where to go for rectification of the same. Because, Agaro doesn't respond easily. Can Amazon help???

I have a sitting job and for last few months my legs were aching due to long working hours. I always asked others to massage my foot. My search almost ended with Agaro Amaze Foot & Calf massager. I just received it and ran it twice. It is so relaxing that I felt asleep while the machine was at work. A great product and with easy 0% EMIs it is so easy on pocket too. A must buy for most working professionals like me.
