Hello,I bought the Kerastase items - but to be honest I'm not satisfied at all.The shampoo is very heavy for my hair - and it leaves me very sticky and heavy.Unfortunately - I can't use them - but I'm really disappointed since I spent a lot of money - for the purchase.can you please consider a refund?please let me know!thank you
