I was slightly dubious about buying a memory foam pillow purely because there are SO many and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a gimmick. However, I chose this one and even though I've only had it a few nights it has made a BIG difference to my neck already! I usually suffer from sore tight muscles in my neck and shoulders that is constant and I have to do exercises for it, although I'm not cured this pillow has made my muscles feel so much more relaxed and not like they need constant exercises. It's a win so far!

It’s hard to find the right pillow. This pillow is absolutely brilliant, it supports well under the neck. When you receive it is utterly flat. I thought there was something wrong with it so I kept the packaging just in case. But if you have to leave it out fir 2 days it takes the shape needed.

I purchased a few pillows with no luck but this one is the best I’ve found. Very comfy and doesn’t hurt my neck. My ONLY criticism is that it may be a tad too thin. I think if it was thicker it would provide the ‘perfect’ support but I am still very pleased with it. Fair price and would definitely repurchase.

If you have seen the original tempur pillow in an orthopedics shop and think that it might be a good alternative, STAY AWAY FROM IT!I received the product on saturday, and patiently waited till Tuesday hoping it’ll get the shape and thickness as shown in the pictures. Forget about it. I ended up with this thin flappy piece of foam, neither supports my neck, nor ease my neckpains.The worst experience of ending up with a faulty/scam product durin COVID19 isolation.Shame...

Arrived in good order. However day 2.5 and the pillow has still not fully expanded. However the company got hold of me and offered a refund or a new pillow, I opted for a new pillow and how glad I did. This pillow fully expanded within 24 hours and is the best pillow I have had. I get a perfect night sleep. Also really good if you use a CPAP machine. Would definitely recommend this pillow . Also amazing customer service. Thank you

The WORST purchase EVER. I waited four days hoping that this product would come to a reasonable size. It’s FLAT and offers no significant support. Straight up WASTE of funds. SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED 😔. I purchased based on the reviews. Reviews Were VERY MISLEADING. If I hadn’t discarded the box I would have definitely Returned it. The only good thing about it is that it is a pretty good size. Other than that, nawww.So, since writing this review I was contacted by the seller who explained that sometimes through some factory error the pillows don’t always come to their full potential. Long story short, he was right and was willing to send a replacement pillow.The replacement pillow is much better than the first one. This one feels a little firmer, I am 5’4” and only 115 pounds and it fits between my head and shoulders nicely. I have changed my ratings from 1 star to 3.

I bought this pillow due to a neck and shoulder injury which was keeping me a wake at night. The pillow came as described and i left it 12 hours to come back into shape, which it did perfectly. The first night used was truly amazing, i went to sleep straight away and slept through ever since. Could not recommend it more.

My mum has been after a memory foam pillow for ages because her best mate told her they are great, she tried a couple of cheap ones but couldn’t get on with them for one reason or another. So I got her this one because the rating is high and people are very happy with them seamingly.She is very happy with this one indeed and has given all her other pillows to the animal shelter!
