I notice by the direction of the hole rows that the models are wearing the pads both ways. Is there a correct way to wear these?

I wear mine in the direction of big to small hole.

my last order was 4 pairs of white. Can I get all white, instead of 2 white and 2 black?

Other companies sell all white, all black, all clear or a combination, just search them.
