One of the best features of the new 32-bit gimbal controller is the ability to accept input from two inertial measurement units (IMUs). A frame-mounted IMU can increase stabilization precision by 10X-30X. Delivering the latest technology in 3-axis camera stabilization, the BeeWorks 32-bit brushless gimbal controller is built around the powerful ARM Cortex™-M4 processor. All three axes are contained on a single 50x50mm printed circuit board. The IMU sensors are 18x20mm 6-axis (gyro + accelerometers) boards. The two IMUs are not identical -- the frame IMU does not have a solder joint on the ADDR bridge on the back of the IMU. The B32 gimbal controller is an AlexMos design manufactured under license in the USA by BeeWorks LLC.  Weight of the controller board is 16 grams. Total weight with IMU sensors and cables is 32 grams. A B32 Gimbal Controller user manual is available on Kindle and on the BeeWorks website.

I can only wish more US companies were manufacturing quality components and simultaneously providing excellent technical support
It's always a pleasure to work with BeeWorks, and they've always been more than willing to help me with gimbal questions not directly related to this controller. When one of my units was destroyed in a crash a couple weeks ago, they promptly had a replacement at my door in 3 days for half price, even though their controller was in no way related to the flight controller failure. I can only wish more US companies were manufacturing quality components and simultaneously providing excellent technical support.Quality-wise, the IMU cables are the most delicate in daily usage, but I haven't had any trouble -- it's about as good of a cable as you can get for this purpose. My only complaint is they don't have a case to supply with the main controller and IMU's.

100% compliant to basecam electronics firmwareupdates
Very high quality Real alexmos board made in USA. Board is 100% compliant to basecam electronics and take firmware updates perfectly. Board is just like European boards but better plugs and super quality. Like any electronics controlling motor "inductive loads", care must be taken to not damage board by mistreatment- mis-wiring.

Beeworks Gear is a top notch company! I build customized multirotors for a living so I've seen my fair share of parts. Recently we built a hexacopter that needed to carry a Sony a6000 camera and we decided on this controller for the 3 axis gimbal to be used. The first thing I noticed immediately after removing the board from the box was the quality. This board's construction is in a league of its own compared to the other boards I have seen. During the installation process I ran into some difficulty getting the 3rd axis (yaw) working properly. I emailed the company through their website and got very fast responses. After not being able to get it working via email I managed to get on the phone with them and they very quickly figured out what the problem was (bad motor). Even though the problem wasn't with their product they were still very helpful. They have earned my repeat business!
