Oxford Handbook of General Practice (Oxford Medical Handbooks)

Needed a book that covers everything in General Practice as a GP trainee and this does the job! I will be using this even after I finish training as it is very informative and concise. Very handy to use on the go!

Training in advanced practice this book has been really handy for quick reference on the job. Verdict: recommended.

I love the oxford handbooks as a quick reference tool. However I found this edition was not much different to the previous edition in content, and so I returned it. Unfortunately it was published just before covid struck, but for future editions would be helpful to have a topic on coronavirus and its effects.

It covers all topics. Atleast it’s a touch and go. Still as a gp trainee we need to read further.

It is a very professional book to learn about general things that a GP should know.

The book contains all that is necessary to know.
