To G.L. Did you even try the product? It doesn’t sound like a review... sounds like your biased opinion about something you wouldn’t even buy. For me I like the product a lot and after a few doses I could feel the change in my mood!

Ingredients don’t fit for the desired purpose
I don’t understand how this product could be effective. GABA itself does not cross the blood brain barrier and the amino acid phenylalanine is a precursor to the catecholamines AKA stimulatory neurotransmitters, definitely doesn’t sound like a way I’d want to relax. Gets two stars because it’s natural so while it may not have effective ingredients, certainly won’t hurt you.
