LUTEC London 12513LE4-SL LED Post Solar Light Outdoor Vintage Street Lights for Lawn Patio Yard Pathway Garden

I picked this one because it was aluminum and glass construction, came with the pole and had high light output of 300 lumens. 300 lumens are not super bright, but quite adequate for this purpose compared to most other models with much lower output. It is easy to assembly with options for mounting into your lawn or into concrete. We used the lawn screw, but it is not so strong because our lawn is very rocky, and we had to loosen the soil a lot. Planning to redo with concrete. It looks great and even though we had only an hour or so of light to charge it the first day, it ran most of the night. Planning to order another soon.

Let's start with this: I do not generally leave reviews, but this light is high quality, and I would give it 10 stars if possible. I bought my 1st one three years ago, my second one two years ago, and this year I have purchased three more and plan on buying five more. All the lights work flawlessly, and the oldest running light is over three years old. I have never had to even change the solar battery. These lights produce over 300 lumens and are beautiful. We live in North Florida, and they went through 5 hurricanes in one year. We took direct hits and lost a lot. The Hurricanes took down and destroyed over 200 trees, five buildings, and one car on our property, and the lights stood the storms. I'm so happy with all the purchases of the Lutec Lights. You won't be disappointed! I bought decorative flower pots that look like whiskey barrels at Lowes and poured three 60lbs. bags of Sakrete for the perfect base. These allow you to move if needed, easy to clean glass, and they did not blow down in 150 MPH winds from all the hurricanes.

I purchased these back in 2022. It is now 2026 as I write this review. I am quite impressed with them. When fully charged, they give off a lot of light. My walkway is fully visible. In the summer, they last all night long, though one shuts maybe 15 minutes earlier than the others but it may just be a more sensitive photovoltaic sensor in the one. In the winter, not so much. They usually do not even make it until midnight. But that has more to do with the temperature as I am in new england and we have some very cold weather and the solar panels are quite often coated in snow even after cleaning them off. Super impressed and would absolutely but them again. Attached video shows all three on at 4:45am. Sun will be up in about an hour

Arrived fairly quickly from Amazon. Took about 30 minutes to assemble (lamp itself). The ground installation took a little longer though. The ground installation time will depend on the type of soil you have. The lamp itself is exquisite. I was truly shocked at the HIGH quality of this product. The only issue I can foresee is the possible difficulty in getting a replacement solar battery if the need ever arises. You can only purchase it from the manufacturer directly. When I checked their site, the battery was currently unavailable. Outside of this possible hiccup, the light post is great and it works like a charm. On a full charge, it stays illuminated anywhere between 6 hours to 8.

There's no doubt the light, solar panels, batteries, and nearly everything about the lamp itself is high quality, last far longer at night than I expected (6-7 hours) while giving off enough light to see our whole driveway in the dark. But, the lamp base installation really takes away from a lot of that. The plastic self-drilling base is next to the worthless. The first one we had completely shattered while installing it. I dug up the ground to make sure it wasn't my fault for hitting a rock - no rock. We returned it and now the second one just doesn't even drill, like the spiral isn't steep enough or the point isn't sharp enough. I don't know which, but it's completely soured this whole purchase. --- Edit: I am always impressed by a company when they go out of their way to correct an issue. LUTEC got a hold of me directly and sent a new light at their own cost. I will never not be impressed by a company that stands behind their product like that, and I am happy to update my review to 5 stars to reflect that.

Spent an hour assembling this and as soon as I went to put it all together, the plastic broke in two places immediately. It’s a cheap product - working on getting a refund. I’m glad to see some people had good experiences but I’d say absolutely do not buy this

Item delivered on time and well packaged. Instructions were well written and easy to follow. I used the anchor and spikes. I was surprised at it's height. I'm 6'4" and it's actually taller than me. I have pretty good soil under my lawn with no rocks or roots, so I was able to screw the anchor flush. It comes with a level to help with making sure it's straight. It seems pretty tight in the ground. My only concern, living in the Mid-west, we get some pretty good winds gusts. It's kinda top heavy, but the post itself is aluminum, so it should hold up. It was a cloudy day, so I doubt the batteries received enough charge. I'm not concerned with it staying on all night. It gives enough light that I don't have to use my driveway or porch lights. Definitely recommend.

I was surprised at the high quality aluminum. The kit comes with everything including the ground spike. I decided to cement in place with the included template and screws. The box arrived badly damaged but the contents were well packaged and un-damaged. So far it hasn’t stayed on all night even though it’s getting sunlight but hoping that is due to winter days. Seems well made. Lamp is glass and aluminum as well. Not extremely bright but adequate for solar. Very nice addition and pleasant overall especially since it was on sale.
