I was skeptical at first but I bought this grounding sheet because of aches in my body wasn’t sleeping well either. I slept through the night for the first time in a long time! I woke up feeling refreshed and feeling like I’d been to a massage session because the aches had subsided just like magic. I would recommend highly especially if you’re fatigued, have achy limbs, experience interrupted sleep. I’ll be looking forward to the nights in the future! I chose the grey color, it fits perfectly, the sheet felt soft to the touch, I’ll purchase the recommended detergent for it and hope that it’ll help sustain durability. I am super happy with my purchase.

I was intrigued when I heard about grounding sheets and although pricey, if they truly did 1/2 of what people said they did, they would be worth it. The first sheet I bought was from another company on facebook, and it wasn’t a full sheet, just a partial sheet, more like a runner, that you lay across your bed. I noticed a difference from night one. After one month, my husband and I were absolute believers, so we decided to buy a fitted sheet from this company. The quality is amazing, soft, comfy, pockets were deep enough for our bed, but just deep enough. I have had piriformis/hip issues for years, which cause me to toss and turn and struggle to sleep on my back. I also had been taking melatonin and ibuprophen to be able to fall asleep at all for years. I would hit snooze repeatedly im the mornings and finally get out of bed with just enough time to get dressed, feed pets and fly out the door. I don’t enjoy rushed mornings at all. 😩 The very first morning I woke up full of energy and woke up before my alarm, not by much, but still! By day 3, I knew it wasn’t a fluke. I decided to try not taking melatonin and ibuprofen and fell right asleep with no restless legs! I no longer take melatonin or ibuprofen to sleep. I don’t really remember falling asleep because I just drift off. I know I am thoroughly entertained while sleeping because I have movie like dreams. I honestly don’t even know what all it has affected for me, my over all well being for sure. My husband is not as aware as I am, I feel everything, him, not so much. He sleeps on his stomach and his shoulder on one side and ear/surgery on the other cause him issues. What he notices the most is that he doesn’t remember sleeping and that he wakes up as soon as his alarm goes off and that he feels awake and alert. I want everyone to have grounding sheets!

This is the second GroundLuxe sheet I own. The first was a gift from a friend. Since I work in healthcare, I have a healthy degree of skepticism, but at the same time, I am open minded and willing to try something which might enhance my health and quality of life. To my pleasant surprise, the sheets have literally changed my life. Let me explain. I am a 70 year old man with an enlarged prostate which has made sleeping through the night a thing of the past (until using the GroundLuxe sheets). On average, for a decade or longer I have been waking-up on average 2-3 times a night to urinate. On many nights, the amount of times could be much more frequent depending on what I ate or drank before going to bed. As stated, my first sheets were a gift and I really had no expectations of how they might benefit me. I just put them on the bed and continued my usual nightly routine. At first, I thought that maybe I was feeling a little more rested, and I seemed to have a little more energy during the day. But as time passed, I was surprised to notice that I wasn't waking-up as frequently as I had been accustomed . Little by little, this became my new norm, and then came the morning when I woke up and realized that I had not gotten up once to urinate during the night. I literally could not remember the last time this had occurred. I was shocked! I have to say this isn't an every night occurrence, but it happens with considerable frequency. There is no question that because of the amount and quality of sleep I am now getting, my life is significantly better. I would like to suggest how I understand the benefits that I am experiencing. First, I have had 3 rotator cuff surgeries over a several year period. Therefore, I am prone to need to change my sleeping position frequently for comfort. This continual changing of position along with my prostate issues means that I didn't get into the deep sleep state necessary to feel energized, or to concentrate my urine while asleep. Anti-diuretic hormone is a hormone that the body produces when we are in deep sleep to cause our urine to concentrate so we are not having to get up frequently. (hence the dark yellow color we see if we slept for a long time). So what I have concluded is that I am experiencing the combined effect of feeling less discomfort in my shoulders and a dramatic reduction in the frequency of nighttime bathroom trips. I have no other explanation other than that this is due to the holistic improvement I am experiencing nightly from using the GroundLuxe sheets.

Do not buy this product. You will be very sorry. After a month or so the silver strands woven into the sheet break apart. These strands are very fine and sharp. You will start to feel splinters under your skin everywhere. Not good that all. It will take you weeks to dig these silver strands if wire out of your body. For over a month I am sending hours every day digging these painful wires out of me. And these pieces of wire are still stuck in me. I have removed hundreds of pieces from a 1/64” up to 1/2” long. These pieces do not release loje a wood splinter. They adhere to the skin and most time you dig and rip skin out. This can become a huge medical problem. In addition, I have two other friends that purchase this grounding sheet and said the same and got their money back. Beware! There are very many red and black marks on every part of my body festering. The end os not is sight.

I have Neuropathy in both feet an partial legs that would keep me awake with trembling and jumping. as soon as I got into bed it was as if me legs were wrapped up and I can sleep now with no jumping or trembling. I am over the moon!!

For healthy problem, my wife needed to ground herself. After testing the grounding of the pillowcase (was good), she started to use it and immediately felt much better. Recommend this item.

I really love these grounding sheets and they are worth their price. The only thing is that I got the grey Queen size for about 250$ and they are now always out of stock or at a higher price of 330$ which is too pricey. I want to buy some for my family members but at the same price I got mine.

I recently purchased this grounding sheet, eager to experience its benefits. Unfortunately, our testing revealed it doesn't work as advertised. We recorded a video using a digital multimeter to measure voltage. Before lying on the sheet, my husband’s voltage is shown in the video, and after lying on the sheet, it remained unchanged. According to the claims, we expected the voltage to drop to zero, indicating grounding was taking place. Since that didn't happen, we would like a refund unless the seller can provide a functional replacement. Save your money; this product didn't deliver on its promises for us.
