Panel Line Accent Color 40ml Grey TAM87133 Plastics Paint Enamels

If you're a hominid like myself, with bilateral symmetry (and I know you are, because I can see you through your phone), you like a certain level of detail in a model to be highlighted. But you can go too far with the wrong panel liner for the scale or color of your model. When detailing a very small scale model or a model with many white exterior parts, this grey panel liner is exceptional. It's thin eye dropper style applicator allows' for pinpoint detailing. Be sure to seal the dried panel details with either matte or glossy spray protection so it doesn't wear off. Also, don't drop it into your eyes in an attempt to give yourself cool grey anime eyes. It doesn't work and you'll look foolish in the emergency room. Uh...so I've heard.

Flowed really easily with a fountain pen tip to easily get in the panel lines of my various Gundam and SNAA models. The color and quality is great, and lasts quite a while.

This is a great panel liner for white plastic! Subtle but still present! Spray seal the plastic first though or it will eat the plastic! It's ok as long as you topcoat but you can't use this on bare plastic!

It works great with the caveat that you're paying attention to what you're doing. Don't let it puddle up on a model and use it sparingly on plastic that has been abraded.

Got this and the Tamiya black liner for gunpla. I intended to use the gray for white pieces for a subtle color difference, but the ink is too subtle and hard to see even on white, especially compared to the grey gundam pen and pour type marker. I ended up using the black liner instead, as the Tamiya brand liner creates thin enough lines when used correctly, ie use small amounts in panel lines and sharp creases only. The ink won’t have a good capillary effect if the edge is too oblique and will puddle up. The ink will also eat through connector pins if it gets between assembled pieces due to lack of air so only use on individual pieces before assembling. Overall, there’s nothing wrong with the grey Tamiya ink, but I’d try to find the dark grey color if you want something closer to the grey gundam markers.

I’m new to gundam building, and without these things, the gundam is just a plain and boring figure. But with these, they’re more defined and makes them really stand out. And it’s really nice that they include a little brush inside to apply the accent. It’s runny enough that one small dab can cover a small area. Super amazing! And the instructions on the bottle included a recommended enamel thinner, which is super helpful. And thankfully I just happened to have some on me when I bought it several years ago for a different project. These bottles may just last me for a long time if I build gundams occasionally.

Great for adding detail to plastic models

Produit connu et efficace, rien à redire sur la qualité. Je l’utilise actuellement sur mes premiers montages (HG et MGSD), et il fait clairement le travail. L’application est simple, mais demande un peu de précision, surtout pour éviter les débordements. Nettoyage facile avec un cure-dent ou coton-tige. À mon niveau, c’est un bon outil pour progresser, sans être indispensable au début.

Ottimo per fare panel line sui gunpla (per capillarità). In caso di sbavature si può usare il tinner per lacquer della stessa marca. Direi che è un'acquisto obbligato per qualsiasi persona voglia iniziare a fare gunpla. Io l'ho usato sia da solo che mixato col nero (dato che questo è davvero molto leggero), utilissimo se si vogliono fare "variazioni" sulla profondità dei pannelli, personalmente come grigio però trovo più utile il dark gray.

Llegó en perfectas condiciones, si no encuentran thinner de enamel, pueden usar líquido de encendedor o aguarrás mineral para limpiar excesos.
