BML 7mm Heel Lifts, 3pk (Mens Large, Brown [Soft])

I needed a heel lift to aid an Achilles tendon injury recover. After research I ordered these. The reduction in pain while walking was outstanding. These are not too hard nor too soft and the beveled bottom surface allows the bottom of the foot to curve down in a more natural manner than simple wedges. Durable and washable. Just put a piece of double sided tape on lift bottom so it does not shift forward as you walk. Recommend these if you need a heel lift.Made a second order of these. I exchange shoes almost daily to spread the wear out and allow them to air out. I use these lifts in all of my shoes and wanted to be able to leave them in the shoes rather than have to transfer from shoe to shoe. Because these are rubber they do not need to air out. I do however wash and dry them periodically.I have used lifts of other material but find over time thay lose their thickness and shape. These lifts resist flattening much better and do not abrade from the bottom of the inside of the shoe where they rest.If you know the thickness you require and BML has it I recommend you order. I think you will be pleased as I am at the quality, comfort, and durability of these lifts.Third order. These lifts continue to work well. Soft enough to allow your heel some cushion yet retains it shape and lift capabilities for an acceptable period of time. They will eventually compress and lower your heel but for me they last 6 or more months of everyday use. Easy to clean if needed - just wash and wipe dry. Recommended if you need a heel lift.

Larger than I expected. Needed to trim to fit in shoe. Should have ordered smaller size

These are a well made polymer material. I have 1 leg that is shorter. This helps me even my stance and helps me to walk better. I first got fit with this product from a specialty shoe store and someone certified to fit one with foot and ankle problems. Because they are a specialist, the one he gave me was $30. These are the same brand, same thickness, same material, as the one I was fit with and I get 3 units for under $14. Now I can put them in multiple shoes I own with out having to pull out the heel lift and put them in the shoes I am going to wear.

I have scoliosis and I need to lift my left leg up. I use the size 7 and they’re just perfect. They don’t compress like others. I have tried. They are washable and I have several of these in my shoes. They made well and the best thing like I said before they don’t compress down. Depending on the size from small is what I have and I use a shoehorn to put my foot in the shoe keeping the lift in place or my finger. I have wide feet across the balls of my feet. so I need to use a shoehorn. I have been wearing these shoe lifts for a long while and ordered more for all my shoes. For me they work. Feet feel good

These were much cheaper than other inserts I purchased, but they don't form well in my shoes and around my heels. If you have tough feet and little foot pain these may be OK for you. I have plantar fasciitis and tender feet, so they are too hard for my likes.
