I bought this for my husband not because he needs help with his hair - his hair is fine. He's in his mid-forties and still has a full head and only a few strands of grey. But during the time that I worked at a local health food store I had a couple of male customers buy this and say they loved it because it balanced their hormones and helped them feel great. I am a woman and I take this, though you should ask your doctor if you are thinking of using something with saw palmetto and you are female. My hair loss is genetic, so no way to really cure it. I always give any new vitamin several weeks and then make a purely subjective decision about whether or not it is helping. I first tried this a year ago, and thought it helped, but when I was running out decided to try another brand to compare. After two months of the more expensive brand, my hair seemed worse not better, so I came back to this brand. Now after a few weeks of use I can see my hair looks better and does not seem to be falling out as easily as usual. I only take one per day rather than the two suggested, your results many vary. There is no magic pill for hair loss, I've tried them all. I believe for the price point and ingredients this is the best of all the hair loss vitamins you can get.

Generally positive result. It will not stop you from losing hair, but it will slow it down and encourage overall hair growth. I used this with Biotin and noticed strong hair growth. I have mild hair loss that isn't fully noticeable and can be covered up. The fact that this isn't a more severe product like Rogaine or Propecia helps because there aren't any side effects. I would recommend this especially to people who start noticing hair loss, not for people who already lost a lot of hair. Early intervention is key. I don't notice as much hairs falling out anymore. Not on my pillow or in the shower.

It works, people! I had diet related hair loss ( I started cutting too many calories, I guess) and all of a sudden I noticed my hair wouldn't grow long anymore, and seemed to be thinning. Being young and admittedly pretty vain, I decided to try this. Less than two months later, it's working perfectly. The waviness that seemed to have left my hair for good came back strong. So yeah, if you think you lost your hair for dietary reasons, I would definitely try this. On the other hand, if your hair loss is due to your genetics, this might not work. But what do I know? Give it a shot and see.

Hi amazon world, I believe I gave this product a fair shot. I used it religiously for 2 months straight and saw nothing. NO change at all. Not even one half of one percent improvement. Not even any sign that this product is doing ANYTHING positive at all. This product did not even help in growing a single new hair fiber. I would have been happy with just one new hair but this product could not even do that. Feel free to go ahead and waste your money on this if you want to.

Excellent product...been using for a few years and works well. I noticed a difference when I used a different product for a couple of months and had to go back.

Been taking this product for almost a year and mine hair maybe be healthier, it has help my hair to grow faster because I have to get a haircut much more often. But it does not make new hair grow. My finger nails grow much faster too
