Country Life Bio-Active Hyaluronic Acid Complex, Capsules, 90-Count

I purchased this supplement because my knee, hip and thumb joints have been bothering me for a long time.I'm only taking the product for about 21 days and seem to notice a small difference in my knee pain when I wake up and get out of bed. I just re-ordered (from AllStarHealth.com which I found to have the best price so far) two bottles. I figured that 90 days (each bottle is enough for 30 days) of taking this should help me see if I have a marked improvement. If you have joint issues it's definitely worth trying.

I read up on Hyaluronic Acid before buying this and one of the rare side effects is dizziness. Sure enough, the day after I started, I had dizzy spells, some times after standing up from a sitting position and some times just walking I had to stop and lean against a wall until it passed. A couple times I was close to fainting. I stopped taking them and the symptoms went away completely after about 24 -36 hours. As I said, it's supposed to be a rare occurrence so you'll have to decide for yourself. I didn't take it long enough to judge if it helped my arthritis.

Several years ago the pain in almost all my joints was excruciating! Finally a friend recommended hyaluronic acid. After trying several brands I realized that my body responded the best to the Country Life formula so I have taken it daily for at least 5 years and plan to use it indefinitely to live a pain free life! :-)
