Meike 25 mm T2.2 Cine Lens Cinema Wide Angle Lens with Manual Focus for MFT/Micro Four Thirds Connection

I purchased this Meike 25mm T2.2 lens to use with my GH5 and the handheld cinema rig. I’ve used the lens twice and I have to be honest and say optically it’s wonderful! The lens is all metal too, which feels incredibly robust and professional. The Iris control ring, and the focus ring are both exceptionally smooth. The only short coming I’ve found is that the distance scale on the focus ring is out, so when you reach infinity, it passes the marker on the lens it’s self. Same with close focussing. It’s not a major issue for me though, because I use focus peaking on the monitor anyway.The meike 25mm T2.2 is probably the best cinema lens you can buy for this price point. I’m going to purchase the 12 & 16mm Verdi’s too in due course!
