Works okay... until it doesn't
These markers are the kind that require you to shake them and push the tip in repeatedly in order to function. They were working alright for me at first - not very precise/defined marks but my designs were simple so I didn't really need them to be.However, about halfway through my use of the gold one, I applied pressure at a slight angle without meaning to do so or realizing I was doing it. Suddenly, rather than pushing in, the tip just completely splintered. I think the tip is made of felt or some similar material but when it splintered, it split out like crusty bristles on an unwashed paintbrush. As you can probably imagine, past that point, the marker was essentially unusable because I could not longer push in the tip to distribute the "ink" because it was too fractured to fit back into the shaft. After that, I switched to using only the silver but since I was now using one pen instead of alternating between two, it dried up pretty fast.Toward the very end of my project, I ended up switching to using ordinary (metallic) Sharpies and that worked a lot better, except on particularly dark fabrics (where the Sharpies barely showed). So basically, if you have a lot of experience working with shake-and-push pens like this and your project is small-scale and doesn't require intense detail, then these might fit the bill. Otherwise, I suggest you look into other options.

Not impressed
The pens are very hard to write on fabric with. I had to go over the letters 3 and 4 times before you could see anything. Black or other dark colors are hard to label and maybe I was expecting to much. I didn't get what I was expecting, that's for sure .

Poor Quality Compared to Other Brands
We’ve had several types of fabric markers, some for years, and they still work great. We had these for less than a day, and I would never buy them again. Used on a single t-shirt for accenting, and didn’t even last through that. Save time and irritation and buy a different brand.

Were dry and didn't work
I bought these for a friend's baby shower party. Both of them were dry and didn't work. After shaking them we got the silver one to work for one second and the golden never worked. Trash

Useless, total waste of money
I wish I could give it negative stars. This is total waste of money. Silver is not at all working, after many tries I could make gold work but it is so bad and light, it spoiled the cloth on which I was working. Please don’t buy these.

Works perfect and holds up through washes!
This was amazing! The word had completed faded and you could barely see the outline of the word anymore. I thought $10 was a bit pricey but I gave it a shot and am pleasantly surprised!! The picture was taken after it was washed and it held up wonderfully! I would recomend this to anyone!

These are probably better for non-fabric material
These are probably better for non-fabric material. I used them on black fabric and they did not show very well. I had to go over with a different fabric pen.

Read instructions helpful helpful tips when using for the first time and other tips
Works great comes out very easily once you get it started. The instructions were good to read before before applying it to the fabric especially when you were using it for the first time cuz you have to push down and make sure that the ink is fully threaded through the tip before it is able to properly run as well as there's just other helpful tips on it overall love the brand. Liking the product definitely going to keep giving the Tulip company my business they work amazing.
