The taste of the actual cereal is ok, but whatever it's coated in is weird. Taste like some sort of chemical that probably shouldn't be eaten. And its too expensive

This is a very tasty cereal for Keto users. It is portioned in individual bags. Yes it is sweet! The only down side is that it is costly.

I love this cereal, but, this last batch I bought has no flavor to it… taste very plain. The last few times, it was awesome.

Good alternative to high carb cereal. High protein and low carb is a plus. Flavor is over the top. Added more almond milk and let the cereal soak for 5 mins to decrease the bold flavor. Small portion but I’m use to pouring a double or triple sized bowl full of cereal. Very fulfilling.

This was the biggest $13.50 rip off. Less that 2 bowls is all you get, taste is OK, but no value here at all. Look elsewhere for high protein cereal.

I gave this two stars for the nutritional value. It is one of the lowest net carb cereals. I also received it quickly. However, i bought the mixed berry and the taste is awful. It has a chemical taste that lingers. Also, it is crazy expensive for what you get. You get 5 individually packaged “ servings”. I am not a big eater, but i would need to eat 2 in order to feel slightly full. Overall, i would not recommend

I really enjoy this cereal. The portion is just right, it has a fabulous crunch, and it keeps me on track with losing the weight. I look forward to breakfast every day! I would highly recommend!

I’m sure this is fine... it really tasted like sweetener. I’ll stick with my Cheerios.
