Is it permanent? It says it’s permanent but then there’s a disclaimer saying only good for 100 miles at under 50mph which is it

I've mine an older version same plugs, fixes punctures over a year ago and do 130kph for 160kms daily on motorways still working

Does this only work on tubeless tyres or can you use it with innertubes too ?

Only for use on tubeless tyres. Need to use standard tyre repair kit ( patch and adhesive ) on innertubes.

Does it work with van tyres?

I don't think it's great after using it a few times I've gone back to using the old plugs. It doesn't seem to penetrate deep into the tyres for the mushroom/umbrella of the plug to open inside the tyre it's a bit short or something don't know why but just not great
