This book is such a sweet message of being made in God’s image. I bought it due to its diversity, which is throughout the book.

AWESOME! At first sight my son was in love with this book. I bought it because we have a mixed and blended family. The colors of the family are so true to mine. This gave my son and step daughter the opportunity see our family of colors in a book. My step daughter who is 12 expressed that her skin complexion was not the same as mine and her younger siblings and my son expressed that he wanted to be a darker complexion. This book is an easy way to show kids of all ages that families can come in all different colors and to love your skin complexion because God made you. This is my review only within a few days of having this book. Can't wait to have an open discussion with the kids.

The artwork is a little "progressive" in that the depiction is of a working mom and stay at home dad. I like the idea of normalizing multiracial homes but included with the dad staying at home can be somewhat controversial depending on how conservative ones views are.

Great book for kids! I love that the featured family is mixed race. It’s so great for my kids to finally see a family that looks like theirs.

These books are scripturally sound and well written for little people. It keeps my daughter’s attention so well. I’ll be buying all of these!
