Before using these bags, our solution to litterbox waste disposal was with the plastic bags from daily newspaper delivery. Then my husband switched to a electronic version of the paper and we needed a new way for the daily cleaning of the five litter boxes that our two pampered kitties can choose from.Good news! These pet waste bags are an improvement over using plastic plastic bags. They are made from a blend of cornstarch and according to the box they are carbon neutral. It seems that they are intended for pups on daily walk, as they come in sets of bags rolled on a small spool - I am sure that would make them convenient for dog walkers to carry in a one of those leash containers or a back pocket. It also means that they are conveniently stored in my house - small foot print.I like it that each bag is 9" x 12" and provides enough space for any amount we scoop from all five of those litter boxes with enough room to form a knot at the top and it is strong enough to hold the contents of a full bag.I am happy to be treating this part of cat parenting in a more environmentally positive way.... I am think the kitties would agree... well maybe not, but the do prefer a clean letterbox... or five.

So i'm great at finding alternate uses for stuff. These bags, as it turns out, are great for bagging dirty incontinence pads. The only problem is that i could use a slightly larger bag. Otherwise, they contain the odor inside my smallish diaper pail very well. No, i don't own a dog. I'm 70 years old and i've had 4 huge babies and consequently my bladder just ain't what it used to be. So yes, i need pads and i struggled to find a way to mask the smell of them until i found these bags. The cost of actual incontinence bags is ridiculous so i'm quite delighted to have found a highly affordable option.

First time pet owner. Purchased these initially and then purchased some less expensive ones from another internet provider. These are just poop bags. I was wrong. I had a couple tears (at the wrong time) and did not provide adequate hand coverage. Immediately purchased some more of these.

I prefer these bags over others I’ve purchased in the past. They aren’t too thick or thin. I do have a bit of difficulty getting them to open at times. Otherwise I would rate them 5 stars. I have the non scented ones. I prefer it that way. They are compostable and that is exactly why I purchased these to begin with.

I've been using these to clean up after my two pibbles for a couple years now. I cannot say these are the best bag out there, as much as I am tempted, since I have only used about 3 or 4 brands. I can say that these are good, they haven't failed me, and they are biodegradable... in theory.

Bag is a good thickness and nice to use. Opens easily, large enough to prevent unnecessary… spillage we will say.I like that it’s made of corn and not just straight up plastic. Non-scented is great!All and all, would buy again.

I had been trying out different types of eco friendly bags for dog waste and most were either too flimsy or they were still plastic and just made from recycled material. I wanted something biodegradable, but also something that wouldn’t rip open from normal use. These bags have the durability of plastic bags, but because they aren’t plastic, they are better for the environment as they will break down.
