So far so good. I only keep beverages in it but it has worked great this so far.

The product is fantastic. The customer service, however, is a lot better than expected. I had an issue with my order and it was resolved very fast and in a great way.

The product initially worked fine. 90 days into the purchase, the unit stopped working. Despite adjusting the temp control, the unit stays at room temp. I cant return the item, its beyond the “return date” and I cant leave the seller a message (because I'm beyond the return date). Completely disappointed.

This thing is alright. We're using it as a drink receptacle to keep drinks cool. It keeps the drinks KIND of cold. My biggest issue is how loud it is. It's making a humming noise non-stop and when it turns on and off it makes a little kick. I bought it because there were reviews saying it was quiet so I'm a little bummed but it does a fine enough job I guess.
