I have ordered several units from this supplier in the past. The quality had always been great..until now. The first picture was taken upon opening the box. The unit was missing a lot of hair. Upon complaining, and after weeks of back and forth with the seller, the seller agreed to send a new unit, and promised to personally inspect it, including to confirm the "bleached knot hairline". The second picture is of the replacement unit, which arrived today. The knots were not bleached, and look horrible. The quality control seems to be non-existent with the is company. I would advised against buying from them, until they can improve quality to what it once was.

I was very nervous about ordering this toupee since this will be my first one, I have been watching videos and preparing my self to start wearing one of these pieces on my head. I followed directions from videos I watched about measuring your head (from to back, size by size) in my case a 8”x10” was perfect for me. The color is light blonde very good hair and the touch is very soft ! The hair line is not too realistic in my opinion but it looks good anyway. The seller has great communication and answer questions in seconds! I will definitely keep buying from from this seller for years to come. Now I’m ready to say goodbye to be bald lol ...Hope this will help someone to make a decision.

Very poor quality product! hair looks fakeThis hair piece is really bad. They loose a lot of hair all synthetic looks fake and the edges are bad, Hair is unevenly cut.DO NOT BUY! The price I pay is very expensive for it, I feel I have been cheated.

I ordered a mono system with pu around sides and back. The width and height was to be 8 inch × 10.inchWhat i received was a full French lace system with size of 8×9inch.Other reviews mention same problem.My experience in past has been good with this company.I assumed rare negative reviews a read would not happen. It seems error or product shipped out to make a sale.The hair is just bad quality and falls out.system needs to be replaced do to bald sp;ots

There is no band on it. The hair is very soft. I work for a hair replacement company as a stylist. You won't get one like this for the price where I work, trust me. None will last you a year. You'd be lucky if it last six months, unless you take it off at night. Very few people can get by with less than three a year. Most wear and tear comes from just rolling back and forth as you sleep. Scratching will also wear out the knotting, causing hair loss. Use really good product.

I been wanting to write an update for a while, originally I had issues with styling this system, but decided to cut it short and it worked perfect, the hair looks as natural as if is my own hair and absolutely no way for anyone to detect. So after 20 years with longer hair I really discovered a great hair system that I can keep short for summer time with minimum to no styling need and always ready to go. I love it.

Nice packaging. But the hair piece looks very messy when I took it out. It’s like like it was used. There are lots of empty net without hair, and no natural hair line. Base design is also not proper. Really uncomfortable too. Tried to give this a try but I really don’t like it. Don’t recommend ☹️

The product looks fine .I haven't had it installed yet ,thoughtbit was a thin skin but was not I may try it as the thinskin holds up better for every day use
