Really pleased with this. It’s simple, easy to use, and the knee mat makes a big difference for comfort. The roller feels like a handy bit of kit for home workouts, especially if you want something small that still gives your core a proper workout.

Great size and smoothness. It very portable and overall a good quality item.

Good value for money and easy to assemble. Good strength and quality to it. Only issue is that the grips are put on afterwards and fit quite tight, so if you want to change the wheels it’s a quite a mammoth task.

It's not the wheel's fault but you should know that these Ab Wheels are really for Gym Monkeys not for fatties or middle age spreaders like me, its hard to use and seems to only work the upper Ab Muscle. I also bought the old Ab Crunch Machine, you know that curved metal cradle thing that you roll yourself into a crunch with? That's better and easier to use and works more of your Ab IMO. The wheel itself is good, I can't fault it (Maybe the mat it comes with is a bit small and thin), I watched a youtube video and even 6 pack gym monkeys found it hard to use (I mean it really hurts your stomach and puts a lot of strain on your shoulders and back, you have to get a good technique). So if you're a fitness-obsessed hater of fat people then get it and knock yourself out. If you're overweight and want to just get fitter and bring your stomach in, then perhaps Ab Wheels in general arent for you. Its not for me but I may go back to it as I get fitter.

Nothing to complain about. It does the job. The included mat is of course too small to protect your floor, so you'll need a larger mat of your own if that is an issue.
