I got these to give to my niece, after getting something similar for us, to use in the tornado shelter she has scheduled to be put in. I have ours in an above ground safe-room and really like them. So I'm going to give to her as a gift, along with an emergency radio, once she gets it put in. I have gone ahead and charged and tested them out. And they worked. Oh, test the magnetic strips before letting go. I had one that wasn't that powerful, the first time that has ever happened. No big deal though, I have a lot of that kind of stuff. Likely a fluke, but thought I should mention. Since it has nothing to do with the working of the lights, I'm not going to remove any stars. "Stuff" just happens sometimes, and this was minor.

These are great in the coat closets and smaller bedroom closets. Just enough brightness and comes on just as I open the door. Those particular lights I have yet to recharge. Now the two I have in more open space, stair well and above my sink catch all motion going by. They need to be re charged every few days as expected. I believe my cats purposely run up and down the stairs just to see the light go on. I definitely think these are worth the money.

These are wonderful little lights! My porch light bulbs are too high up for me to change, so I installed one of these little babies right next to my front door knob and it works great. Detects motion as soon as I open the storm door. I also very much like that they are rechargable rather than battery powered, so I'm not polluting the environment.

This closet light is perfect. It’s bright but not too bright and very easy to install. Just peel and stick to where you want it. I placed 2 in my closet and 2 on my stairs. The motion detection is great and very responsive. Battery life is also surprisingly good. I charged it once and haven’t needed to charge it again for a few weeks.

[UPDATE: 10/14/22]: In July they did send me replacement lights for the ones that stopped working. As of mid Oct, they are all still working. Changing my review to 3 stars as the lights are great as long as they work. Their customer service was very slow but did some through. I bought 2 of these (8 lights total). 4 of my lights are completely useless because the motion sensor doesn't function anymore. I've contacted LightBiz because they supposedly have a lifetime warranty. They asked for a video of my lights and are no longer responding to my emails. I was very happy with the lights and put them in closets and a firesafe but without the motion sensor they are not useful.

I recharged the battery but the blue mode never turns on? Update: There was no manual but when I read people's reviews it seems the button needs to be pushed down for a bit then the light will turn on. Don't worry about it, as it won't stay on. It is ready for 'sensor' mode. Nice bright and holds it's charge.

these are so close to being great. The size, light output, and magnetic mount are great. The motion detection takes a few milliseconds to light up, but its acceptable. I had bought these same lights about a year ago, and the batteries are failing one by one. Please fix these couple problems.

I was surprised at how small these were, guess my age is showing. However, these lights actually work well and are surprisingly effective. They seem to hold a charge well and motion detection works fine. I would say they are worth the money and actually perform as I had hoped.
