There was a lot of loose powder in the bottle. I assume a capsule or 2 came open. Seems to work fine otherwise

This is the best ZMA I have tried. High quality magnesium. It works great, been using it for over 3 years now.

My girlfriend and I both take this regularly.

Not sure how effective this is so 3Star may not be appropriate. Bought for hubby whose blood tests revealed his testoterone was low (out of range for his age). He will have blood tested soon, so we will find out if this has had any effect or not on his blood levels.

This is the most effective ZMA I've used of the 3-4 brands I've tried throughout life. I swear by ZMA for sleep and recovery!Unlike most brands, these guys use the active form of B6, pyridoxal 5′-phosphate, instead of pyridoxine hydrochloride. So I appreciate that a lot, I trust this brand, and search them out.

I didn't buy this product from Amazon but I wanted to let people know this works. I sleep great and I feel stronger. I'm 40 yrs old...my T levels are probably in the tank but this definitely helps. I got turned on to Allmax Nutrition through a local supplement shop and all their products are great.

Though a little bit lower quality than Optimum Nutrition's, it is better priced. Though I did notice mild testosterone gains, and a slightly better and deeper sleep. There are better products out there , but this is still a solid choice if you are cash strapped. Recommended.

There is a lot of powder in the container but no broken pills. Also don't really notice any difference taking these. I have taken competitor brand ZMA and noticed a difference in sleep especially, but with this I noticed nothing. Don't think the product is neither pure or correct.
