Very good Cura-Heat Shoulder Pain relief pads. They really work well and eased my pain.

Not worth a £1, totally useless. They do not stick at all and impossible to stay on longer than 20seconds. All three were exactly the same. Disappointing as bought a different brand from the pharmacy which were amazing and stayed on for two days. Thought as they were a well known brand they would be similar but couldn’t be more different and these are ineffective. Watch the video again and you can see they keep pressing the ends. Also not hot in the slightest

Great product for price

This review is for the Cura-Heat Neck and Shoulder Pain Direct-to-Skin, Pack of 3. I suffer from muscle spasms a lot so I invest a lot in preventative measures to keep my muscles relaxed. Heat packs is one of those things I invest in. This was a much-needed item however it does not adhere well to skin as it is only sticky at the far ends, not all the way around the patch. As it is so long, it is bulky which means it sags in the middle and eventually comes off. I am a regular buyer of the Cura-Heat back patches that go on your clothing and find those to be far more effective for upper shoulder pain because they stay in place. I would recommend those over these if you don’t mind having a visible heat patch on the outside of your clothing.

I cannot use it as I have Rhumatoid, but it will be here for family aches & pains .also if you have heart disease, or pregnant .nerve damage, or are diabetic do not use it. Do read All directions .
