This ocarina is cute and well made but a bit too small to be easy to play, even if you have small hands. The high notes are hard to play and sound kind of rough. It does come with a good case and instructions.

This ocarina is exactly what I expected. It came beautifully packaged at a lovely price and I really enjoyed being able to pick which color. The sounds were clear and some music was included as well as the scales. Because of the nature of the ocarina, I can only assume that it is pre-tuned. However, I do not have a pitch sensitive ear so I assume that it is good enough- or that I'm not forcing the air through the right way at times. Such is expected for beginners.
