I started using probiotics as a result of some research into eczema treatment, among other things. The research is not conclusive, with some studies showing results and others less promising. However, the gut-skin-axis seems to be only lightly explored at this time, and thus I took a chance on adding probiotics to my diet. The results of this experimentation have been nothing short of miraculous, with itching significantly receding within days, and after several weeks, some plaques are gone entirely, and there is very little itching whatsoever. Given the prevalence of skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, it's shocking that this is not more widely discussed. I take this probiotic in addition to a more powerful one, with daily intake approaching 160B CFU. Depending on conditions, more or less may be appropriate, but this level of dosing has worked great for me, and having 19 strains + enteric coating should (at least in theory) significantly increase the effectiveness of the 30B CFU count per pill. I did try this compared to a brand with fewer CFU and no enteric coating, and it appears to work better, subjectively speaking. I'd highly recommend this if you're in the market for a probiotic, particularly at this CFU level.

So glad I found this probiotic! My doctor told me that changing probiotics every so often is a good thing because there are so many different strains, and it’s good to cover as many strains as possible. I read about so many different probiotics on Amazon trying to find one that had more than 10-12 strains and at least 50 billion CFUs that I could afford to buy on a regular basis and this one was the best one I could find. I CAN'T PROVE WHETHER PROBIOTICS WORK OR NOT, BUT MY WIFE WANTED TO TAKE THEM. I CHECKED OUT AMAZON'S OFFERING, AND SETTLED ON THIS PRODUCT. IT HAS THE MOST VARIETY AND QUANTIES FOR THE BUCK.

This product is fantastic. It is the best probiotic that I have used to keep my body in balance and not get bloated after eating some foods. Liked so much I reordered the 120 billion strands and it’s even better. A mainstay in my diet routine.

I challenge the reviewer that said this was a scam. YOU ARE WRONG!!! I gave this product the ultimate test. This product has what it says proven by the fact that I made yogurt using the contents of these capsules for the starter. If this product was a scam, my yogurt attempt would have failed. In addition the yogurt I made from the contents of these capsules was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! This is a good product and reasonably priced.

Been using this product for years and find it very helpful. I bought this bottle for my dog who has been having some digestive issues recently. So put her on this too. It seems to function which as well as the higher prices probiotics.

This product really works. It has also helped me feel fuller and lose weight. Since taking this, I've been able to cut back on snacking and just stick with 3 shakes a day. No bloating or gas with this product. I have noticed my skin is also looking clearer. You don't have to pay $50 a bottle for a good probiotic. Try this one....see how you feel.

Tried this probiotic for the first time recently. It arrived with a "free bottle" offer sticker on its cap. I have seen a couple other probiotic companies do that, and it is a turn off for me. Just make a quality probiotic, and you don't have to entice people to do this or that, or go and write a positive review, etc., in order to get a free bottle. Anyway, I began using this product, and within a few days began to feel slightly unwell. I had a bit more gas than normal, and I began to feel like I was coming down with a cold, which is unusual for me. The majority of our immune system is in our guts, and probiotics are crucial for populating our guts with healthy and helpful bacteria and flora. I immediately stopped using this probiotic and bought a different one here on Amazon that is made by a very reputable company with a long track record of high quality health supplements. Within a couple of days on that new probiotic, I began to feel better. It is now day four on that different probiotic and I am almost back to full health. Now, this may just be my experience with this product. I cannot say with 100% certainty that my negative health effects were caused by this probiotic, even though there seems to be a strong correlation in my case. Go ahead and try it for yourself. Perhaps it will work better for you than it did for me. There does seem to be a lot of positive reviews for this probiotic; however when you realize that there is a "free bottle" offer sticker on the cap, you do wonder how many of these positive reviews were given as a result of that offer.
