Nice tool!
It lays well in the hand, it is easy to handle and to clean, dishwasher proof as well. Just takes a bit if practice how to use it correctly.I used it for a holiday project and had fun using it, plus got nice results.

Must have for fruit twist.
My previous twist knife was not as sharp, not as deep and cut direction was 90 degrees from this one. This version is much better and get a lot of use in my home bar.

Nope. Not sharp!
This is for the Mercer Channel knife. This thing is not sharp, it kind of has a janky edge, it cuts into a pear but don’t try citrus which is what most of us are looking for in a channel knife. Booo.

as it says it does!
I read some reviews that said this was rubbish but first time I used it managed to produce a single intact lemon strip over 6 inches. The key is not to dig it in too hard, just under the surface. Recommend it.
