Stops every time I swim
I connected this to my iPhone and my Apple Watch. Doesn’t seem to work when I submerge under the water to swim. At first it was due to my iPhone being out of range so I got my Apple Watch to sync with it. This worked until I swam 😂 it stops every time I do a lap and then continues when I stop… how useless! I bought this to listen to music while swimming so returning to Amazon due to being faulty/unsuitable. Disappointed. I’ve purchased an mp3 player by Sony which is cheaper and hopefully this will work better.

Perfect for those boring lane swims
This works great with my new Apple Watch. The older ones pair perfectly but when wet the screens are useless, not the fault of the h20 I know but still worth remembering. Battery life is excellent and with the 6 sets of ear tips I found a perfect fit. I don’t wear goggles so I just use a cheap elastic Alice band and it works great. Looks a bit stupid but I’m only bothered about the great function.

Easy to use
This is my second H2O. My first one refused to charge after just over a year. Amazon gave me a full refund. prefer in ear phones so that I do not need to use ear plugs. I do not like water in my ears. Very stable in terms of output. To prevent track jumping I place the H2O on the top of my head when I am doing crawl or back stroke.

Nice idea, but just doesn’t really work
I should start by saying I’ve got an Apple Watch 3, so it’s not the most up-to-date tech, but they do claim it’s compatible so I bought it. I tried it a few times now and the Bluetooth just does not connect for more than five minutes at a time. So having to stop every two or three laps to take off my goggles, re-connect the Bluetooth to the watch, to carry on swimming defeats the object! Also, the volume really isn’t very loud and noisy swimming pool you can’t hear it that well. I’ve also realised that I don’t like not being able to swim with my watch for a fitness tracker. So I’ll keep searching for the ultimate underwater headphones set! Maybe it’s a standalone MP3 player? I don’t think Bluetooth has yet to tech to work underwater as much as it should. Return for refund.

H2O bone conducting headset
I originally (~1 year ago) purchased the H2O interval in ear headphone set; unfortunately it only worked for two weeks and developed a fault. The left channel ear plug was hardly audible, whilst the right channel is normal volume. I recently purchased the h2o bone conducting headset and have been very pleased with them over the last 3 months. They work very well connected to my Apple Watch and have proved totally waterproof down to swimming pool depths. They are used every day. The sound in the water is very clear.

Gimmick
All products of this kind are gimmicky because Bluetooth doesn’t work underwater. Swimming lanes is about relaxed minds not frustration so serious swimmers will find themselves shelving this kind of product. Works perfectly if you swim leisurely and keep your head above water. I understand they’re working on ways of supplying underwater Bluetooth, can’t wait.

Purtroppo grande errore. Il segnale è discontinuo e di pessima qualità. In più noto che le cuffie non si possono cambiare, quindi se si lesiona il filetto delle cuffie devi buttare tutto. Prezzo di 129 ma la mia valutazione é di 15 euro. Sconsigliato assolutamente

This is the only option for listening to Audiobooks (Audible) while you swim. Audible requires a registered device and there are no waterproof devices any more. Several years ago, I bought the AudioFlood waterproof iPod Nano. Last year, it finally gave up the ghost. So, the only option is to use a Bluetooth device with the Apple Watch. I find I swim longer when I am caught up in a good book. I bought the H2O Interval and loved them. After almost a year, the earbuds started to crackle became barely audible. I contacted support at H2O Audo hoping to get them repaired. The people were very helpful and pointed out that they were still under warranty. During my conversations with them, I mentioned that I wear hearing aids (Old guy swimming for 60 years) and if they needed to be replaced them, I would probably buy the newer bone conducting option. I returned them on RMA. They came back a week later and... They sent the bone conduction version! Wow! Better than ever! Observation: The wires connecting the bone conduction speakers are heavier and appear to be sturdy and more durable. At first, there was some concern because the sound was a little fuzzy when held by my goggle strap. As soon as my head went under the water, the sound quality was great. My theory is that with my head out of the water, the goggle straps don't hold them securely against the bone so they vibrate on both inner and outer surfaces. Once in the water, the water acts a backup to dampen the reflected vibration. The apple watch will not track laps while it is not on your wrist (bummer). H2O Audio now has a "My Swim Tracker" app you can download so you can count laps while swimming and listening to books. Summary: 1. Great product. 2. Tech support is helpful and amazing. 3. Get the app.

If you happen to own an Apple Watch and like swimming, this is a brilliant product !!! I've had several sets of swimming auido equipments over the last 10 years or so. Mostly I used an iPod Shuffle in a waterproof pouch with and audio jack through the pouch and special waterproof earphones. At times I had the H2O audio phones, which is where I learned of their good quality in water. This product is better than any I have used for swimming, The basic unit is good quality. I remove the beand from my Apple Watch and with a bit of fiddling at first, until I got used to it, I clip my Apple Watch into the unit. The unit then clips onto the rear band of my swim mask or snorkel. The initial bluetooth set-up was realtively easy and connecting to via blue tooth for each swim is very quick and easy. One connected via bluetooth I can easily start playing one of my special swim music playlists before I get in the water (starting a playlist once in the water is hard due to wet hands). The controls on the back og the unit strapped behind my head are easy to use in the water to stop/start music and adjust volume. The headphone quality is, at first, a bit tinny out of the water but amazingly good in the water. And after a few swims the sound (especially the bass) seams to improve as the waterproof diaphragms in the ear buds gain more flexibility. The one drawback is not with the unit, but with the swim app they make available. Its not great as it gives me lap totals at seemingly random times. I normally just use a timer on my watch. Overall an amazingly good product that greatly improves the quality and enjoyment of my swimming and snorkelling.
