Was exactly what I needed
Bought this for my 2012 Kawasaki Mule. It was easy to replace, but I did have to remove the starter in order to do so. So far, it has worked perfectly.

Would not engage when power was applied. Returning and getting an OEM part. I guess that is why it only costs a fraction of OEM.
