Looking to purchase my first high quality knife for the kitchen.  Main use will be cutting my dry aged steaks & trimming.   Is this one best?

How does this compare with the Dalstrong Ravenger? I'm going to roast a whole pig and need a knife that can process through it all (including bone)

Thank you for your question. If you are going to use it on a whole pig and will be cutting bone, we recommend that you get our new Gladiator Series Obliterator Cleaver instead. The Devastator is not meant to cut animal bone.
