Small, useful.
Small, compact. I'm a surgery rvt and this little pouch helps me out a lot. I don't use the provided belt clip, and the belt loop is just the right fit for the 1.5" strap (not included) I bought to go with this, but the black plastic buckle that came on the strap couldn't fit through the belt loop. I'm not sure what size buckle would fit through it. I've used this pouch for about 2 months now, I feel like the elastic bands on the outside are at about 3/4 of their original elasticity.

Looks like it will work nice
Looks like it will work nice, but I bought this because I thought I would have a belt mounting option other than the metal clip. The loops for the belt will not fit a 1 3/4 inch tactical belt. If this would fit a 1 3/4 inch or larger belt, I would recommend to others. I guess I will use it until it gets snagged on something and bends the metal clip , then I will toss it and look for another option. If you wear a skinny belt, this may be the piece of kit for you.

Must have for emergency response.
There is nothing like forgetting gloves when you roll up on scene. Or dealing with a trama and having to change out your blood covers gloves on the spot. Very effective and feels comfortable. I also keep tape and gauze in it (because I can't seem to fine those when I really need it) it's come in handy since day one of use and I highly recommend it for all y'all first responders ( it also can fit not so bulky phones)

Small belt loops.
Nice pouch, would be better if it was bigger. Belt loops are too small for a duty belt.

I got the pouch in good time. The pouch looks good and has plenty of room and love the feel of it. However the loop size is smaller then my duty belt I wasn't expecting that. I figured it would be sized to fit your standard duty belt. Plus after a week or so of use one of the belt loops stitching is popping loose. So in summary the shipping and packaging of the pouch was great, and look and compartments are good, but the small sized belt loops and stitching was not impressive. The loop has now broken and the flashlight compartment is tearing!! I wouldn't recommend this at all to anyone. I bought this pouch because of a need to be more efficient at my job as a Firefighter First Responder Ems, and instead it has left me $30.00 in the hole with nothing to show for it!!

A must have accessory for any first responder
It’s small and compact, but holds all the necessary items needed to provide PT care. For example I keep my shears, pen light, O2 key, notepad, gloves, tactical light & knife. The holding clip is sturdy and the stitching holds up nicely. Plus there’s a lifetime warranty so if anything happens I can replace it.

Works
So far, works does its job, fits my sheets, BP cuff, pen light, and maglight just fine.

Belt Loops too small
I love the look and feel of this, everything fits in good. The only problem is that it doesn't fit on my duty belt so I can't actually use it. If you are using this with a normal belt then you're good to go, but if you are using a standard duty belt, it won't fit.
