Yes.you can heat them in water on a stove top.

How long do they stay cold for?

If you have kept them in the freezer, they will remain cold for at least 45 minutes. If you have kept them in the frige, maybe 15 minutes at most.

I got 6 of these for $5.32 2 years ago. How many do you get for this high price?
