Nike Broken Nose Face Guard - Durable Sports Protector, Basketball & Soccer Mask

My son took a line drive to the nose at baseball practice which nose his nose (SO MUCH BLOOD). I ordered this because he was concerned about missing time on the field. It offered great protection and I got to relax a bit knowing he had something to keep his freshly set nose safe. Ordered the medium for a 12 (almost 13) year old boy. Biggest complaint was that he got hot easily.

I had a nose surgery and the Dr recommends use a nose protective device, and works good. Easy to put on, and functional.

I’ve tried two different masks and both were falling off because it didn’t have the middle strap. I broke my nose pretty badly surfing a couple of months ago and my surgeon advised to stay away from any kind of sport for at least a year. I’m probably going to buy 10 of these and wear them for the rest of my life doing any kind of risky activity. I can’t believe it stayed put put being slammed by 7 foot waves

Teen daughter broke her nose. 5”6 and 115. We ordered three masks to choose the best. This was the bottom runner for two reasons. 1. It requires adjustment each time you put on/take off. As a softball catcher is used to setting it and then relying on elastic to more easily pull it off. This mask requires you to open and close the Velcro each time. 2. It sits away from the face. While I thought this would be more comfortable because it would let air under the plastic, she did not like what it did to sight lines/periferal(sp?) vision. She felt like all she could see was the blur of clear plastic. That said. It appears well made and has nicer padding than the others. But for her the issues were a deal breaker.

Very good post op protection. Dogs were not able to hurt me.

Fragile at the points where the straps lace through the mask. Broke immediately with first use/contact from basketball opponent.

From : Homayoon_42 ( I had nose injurie in cricket and broke my nose, but who could handle their self and not play cricket so I ordered this thing and play my cricket easily in this my nose was fractured, but I played hard tennis ball not leather ball cricket don’t ever play with injured nose a hardball cricket thank you.)

I bought this for my son who got noe cracked during basketball. Allowed him to go back without worring of it being broken nose again too soon. He did not shoot as well but he was able to play and it looked just fine to boot.
