Easy to use, works wonderfully. Fits the 5 gallon jug perfectly. No leaking, great flow. Easy to recharge. It does make a bit of noise when dispensing but not unreasonable. I use it for refilling my cpap and regular humidifier with ease!

Works great on my big water jug even though the included caps don’t fit tight to the opening of my water container. It even came charged so I could use it right away!

Was skeptical at first when purchasing. However, AMAZING PRODUCT! Durable hard plastic and perfect fit to 5 gallon water jugs. We use in our Fifth Wheel. Have charged it once this summer and taken 4-2 day short camping trips and still have yet to charge it again. Love this product and can’t recommend it enough.

Works great and does its job. The water line fits my 5 gal water jug well and reaches the bottom. The adapter caps that came with it doesn’t properly fit either style water bottle and only fits loosely on top. The button on top is easy to press and the water comes on and turns off immediately. The water will stay on until you press again as far as I can tell. The charger it came with was very short so I had to use a different cord but it was nice that it came with cord and adapter. Water tasted fine. Would be perfect for camping if the top fit better. This is my first tome purchasing something like this so I have no comparison as far as if this is standard or not. Feels decently durable if the cap actually fit properly. Might be better to spend a few more dollars for a better fitting cap.

This water pump has been great from the moment I installed it. It fits securely on my 5‑gallon jug, doesn’t drip at all, and dispenses water smoothly with just one touch. This looked like a convenient way to get water out of my bigger (3 gallon) water bottles and boy has it been nice! I no longer have to try to pour a glass of water from these larger bottles nor do I have to turn it upside down to put into another kind of dispenser. The original setup and charging the battery was easy as was moving between bottles & recharging the battery. The battery lasted through several bottles (14-18 gallons is my guess, but it might have been more). My bottle openings are slightly smaller than the size mentioned in the description, but the included cap has made the connection tight enough that I don't worry about it coming loose during use. This dispenser was easy to take between two locations (I placed it inside a sealable plastic bag for travel). It's not incredibly fast - fills my 20 oz cup in about 25 seconds, but it's reasonable and I like that the motor isn't very loud. There appears to be an automatic shut off after about 1/3 of a gallon which I find to be a nice feature. As expected, when the water gets pretty low (final glass or so), I've needed to tip the container a little in order to get the last of the water to go through the spout.

Stopped charging or working after 2.5 months of use. Amazon didn't want to refund me because it was pass 30 days, but ended up giving me a refund after I made a fuss. Its honestly ridiculous for something to break a few months after buying and then they expect you to just buy another. I don't have money to be wasting to begin with. now I have to wait for another pump and not sure how I'm supposed to drink water until then.

The device is incredibly easy to use, simply plug and play. The battery life is impressive and it lasts for a long time before needing to be recharged. Overall, I am very satisfied with this water dispenser pump. It provides a convenient and efficient way to dispense water from 20 litre bottles. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free solution for their water needs.
