This looked like a convenient way to get water out of my bigger (3 gallon) water bottles and boy has it been nice! I no longer have to try to pour a glass of water from these larger bottles nor do I have to turn it upside down to put into another kind of dispenser. The original setup and charging the battery was easy as was moving between bottles & recharging the battery. The battery lasted through several bottles (14-18 gallons is my guess, but it might have been more). My bottle openings are slightly smaller than the size mentioned in the description, but the included cap has made the connection tight enough that I don't worry about it coming loose during use. This dispenser was easy to take between two locations (I placed it inside a sealable plastic bag for travel). It's not incredibly fast - fills my 20 oz cup in about 25 seconds, but it's reasonable and I like that the motor isn't very loud. There appears to be an automatic shut off after about 1/3 of a gallon which I find to be a nice feature. As expected, when the water gets pretty low (final glass or so), I've needed to tip the container a little in order to get the last of the water to go through the spout.

Was skeptical at first when purchasing. However, AMAZING PRODUCT! Durable hard plastic and perfect fit to 5 gallon water jugs. We use in our Fifth Wheel. Have charged it once this summer and taken 4-2 day short camping trips and still have yet to charge it again. Love this product and can’t recommend it enough.

Love this! Saves my arms instead of manual pump!!! It is very noisy though I will say. That’s only complaint. Takes about a month before needing a charge. So good!!

Easy to use, works wonderfully. Fits the 5 gallon jug perfectly. No leaking, great flow. Easy to recharge. It does make a bit of noise when dispensing but not unreasonable. I use it for refilling my cpap and regular humidifier with ease!

Works great on my big water jug even though the included caps don’t fit tight to the opening of my water container. It even came charged so I could use it right away!

Stopped charging or working after 2.5 months of use. Amazon didn't want to refund me because it was pass 30 days, but ended up giving me a refund after I made a fuss. Its honestly ridiculous for something to break a few months after buying and then they expect you to just buy another. I don't have money to be wasting to begin with. now I have to wait for another pump and not sure how I'm supposed to drink water until then.

Good products

We previously had an old hand pump that relied on pressurization of the bottle to force the water out. This is a suction pump and works fantastically. USB to charge the pump battery, comes with the cord but it’s a little short at maybe 1 foot long. Having said that the battery once charged was able to pump a 5 gallon bottle without needing a recharge. Pump switch is also on a timer. About 15 seconds.

Tenía mis dudas sobre el producto, realmente es muy sencillo de utilizar e instalar, en lo personal no lo considero tan ruidoso como otros usuarios. La velocidad de bombeo es buena, lo adaptadores incluidos no eran del tamaño para los garrafones que usamos así que tuvimos que ingeniarnos un poco. Es un excelente producto considerando el costo-beneficio. Muy recomendable
