This stylish & fun cup is also so practical! Under doctor’s orders, I drink 8 cups of water a day. I used to fill 4 bottles of water every morning & drink them throughout the day. It was the easiest way to keep track of how much water I was drinking.This cup has replaced the bottles of water. It holds about 2 cups of water. After I drink the 2 cups & refill it, I roll one of the bands up to the top. It’s such an easy way to keep track of my water consumption!This cup comes with a rigid straw that can be removed for cleaning. It’s a wide one, making it surprisingly easy to suck up my water.The removable lid has a little piece that can be swiveled into place to cover up the straw hole if you want to shake the contents of the cup. It leaked a little when I tried it with water. Might be easier just to put a finger over the hole before shaking.

I have kidney issues since I was 12. That's 60 years ago. I needed to find a way to keep track of how many oz. I drank in a day's time. The cup holds 20 oz. and each time I finish it, I can log how much I drank for the day. I have to drink at least 80 oz. of water - 4 big cups worth. I don't use the colored bands yet because I haven't measured the oz. difference between the bands, but they are decorative and nobody else had a glass like I do. it is unique and I love the color blue. Once measured, the colored bands will also help me keep track of what gets drunk and what remains. Usually, I just add ice to the warm water and finish, then refill with water kept in the fridge. Washing is a breeze. I usually have to do the straw quicker than the glass - especially because nothing touches my mouth except the straw, but I clean anyway. I had one previously in the same color that cracked and leaked when dropped, so I was grateful to find another one to replace what I had. Only thing....they cost much more - almost twice what I paid for my first one. So, keep the price down and you've got a gem that everyone likes.

I wanted to make sure I'm drinking enough water when pregnant. I looked into the smart bottles, but they have terrible reviews. This is a simple solution - I just raise one band to the top of the bottle every time I refill the bottle. Easy to do while waiting at the faucet/filter as the bottle is being refilled. Every night, I check if I've had at least 3-4 of these in the day, and I know I'm good. If I'm running low, I just drink some extra water that night before bed! It's such a simple solution, and the bottle (I got the blue) is so cute! I take it with me everywhere! And have already recommended the bottle to a few girlfriends.I expect to continue using this even after my pregnancy, as it never harms to drink more water. The straw makes it easier to drink more water in the day, as is mentioned in other reviews. Only issue is that the water may leak sometime if the bottle is tilted, but that's because of the straw, not a design flaw. Love it, would give it 5 stars.

I purchased 3 of these in 2017 and I’m still using them daily. I will say the novelty of the bands wears off. I no longer slide them to count my water, but they do make the bottle look unique. People always comment on how cool they are. The bottles have held up amazingly considering they’ve been going through the dishwasher daily since 2017. As you can see in the photo there is a spot on the rimwhere the bottle melted a bit during the drying cycle. My mistake, not the manufacturer’s. The bands haven’t snapped and there is only a tiny amount of condensation at the bottom of the bottle after it comes out of the dishwasher. While not leak proof around the straw, the lid will stay in place if it’s knocked over. This helps minimize mess. The straws are wide and easy to clean. I put those in the dishwasher too after giving them a good rinse. Honestly, I was shocked when I realized how long we’ve had these! I’ve never had a water bottle make it this long. The fact that all 3 of them are still in good shape is amazing.

I use this bottle daily! You can either move the bands up to the top as you refill it, or wear them as bracelets. It's a great way to keep track of my water intake, and super cute too. I also love that the whole thing can be put in the dishwasher. The only thing that kept it from being 5 stars is its tendency to spill if you knock it over hard enough, or if dropped, due to the seal on the top being a push-in without threads to keep it secure. Also the straw is kind of hard plastic so no give at all, it's somewhat difficult to drink out of if you're trying to walk or exercise & drink out of it, since it doesn't bend or yield.

Great for keeping track of how much water you drink and the bands also help with gripping the bottle while you walk. The double wall design helps to keep drinks pretty cool and minimize condensation, though it doesn't keep things cool for an overly long period of time. I'm very happy with this bottle and have been using it nearly every day!

Got it yesterday morning and used it all day to track my water intake! It’s super cute too and has a great leakproof lid with a straw!

If you never drink enough water in a day this is great to keep around. Move the rings each time you finish a bottle and when your rings are all done you have had enough water for the day. Makes for a great visual reminder throughout the day.
