Great fit, but very, very tight fuse slots
Vehicle: 2005 Subaru Outback Limited (H4 automatic)Note: These come with 15A fuses. I was installing a dashcam running on USB 2.0 power, which wouldn't even hit a full 1A, so I swapped in 5A mini-fuses. I don't think Muhize offers this combination. However, 5A fuses are cheap to procure. This is mostly to protect the lengthy dashcam power cable, which probably could take 15A but I saw no reason to risk it.I purchased these to power my dashcam - a Viofo A119v3 - off of the battery, specifically ACC and door locks. The taps fit very will in the fuse box, even the fuses on the taps fit over neighboring mini-fuses. They fit into the fuse box quite easily - though the '05 Outback has plenty of space to work with. The attached wire is flexible, easy to work with, and soldered up nicely. The fuse slots, however, are extremely tight, more so than is even typical of most fuses slots. I tried two different brands of fuses and they were tricky to seat in, I had to sort of effect a see-saw action where I'd work one leg in a little, then the other, alternating back and forth until the fuse was seated. It was the same for both pairs of slots, such that I ended up bending a couple fuses in the process. An pair of adjustable pliers didn't help much, I had to grip the fuse tap and use it to press the fuse again the hard vinyl on the car door. However, they seated nicely and have been holding solid for several weeks, so I have no complaints. I'd rather the slot be too tight than too loose, of course. Would recommend.

They work how they are supposed to - fuses fit tight
They are add a circuit, what are you expecting?Fuses fit VERY tight but do fit, so if you are having problems.. get stronger.I am using 3 of these in a turn signal mod which I need to tap into the trailer wiring of the bcm. The fuses are right next to each other which caused an issue with how the wires come out of the side (can't find any that exit straight out) so I had to modify those to work but when doing mods, you gotta mod things to mod lol

Makes adding accessories so easy!
These things are awesome. Installed stereo on my Harley and was able jump right in on my accessories fuse. Radio comes on when key turns so i don't have too worry about leaving it on and running the battery dead. Next I'm going to try them on a light bar install on my truck. Makes adding accessories so easy!

Check your clearances before ordering
I couldn't actually use these, because the depth on my fuse box means they can't fully be installed. There are small plastic rails surrounding the fuse openings, so they only fit a fuse, not a tap like this. But they look to be really good quality, so I'm giving them 5 stars.

Just what the project called for
I needed to add another "always on" circuit to my 2009 Subaru Outback for a light bar that I added to the rear of the car. This Add-a-circuit fuse tap was just the ticket. It works perfectly and only took about 5 minutes to install. I wish I knew about these things years ago! I found that it took some care, and pressure, to insert the fuses properly, but ultimately they seem to work fine.

Works well, be careful installing
Can’t really complain about anything for the price, but beware when you install the taps into the fuse box as you can easily bend the blades; They’re not the thickest or best material. I ended up bending one since my fuse box is deep in the glove box and I was using needle nose pliers to push it in from afar.Other than that, they’ve been powering my dash camera with zero problems for the last 5 months now.

Measure fuse box clearance BEFORE ordering.
Does not safely install on 2010-present (and probably older ones too) Toyotas without leaving an important fuse box cover off.

Fuse slots tight but good for price.
Had some trouble getting fuses to fit into the slots. Be gentle when installing fuses to avoid damaging the tap. Other than that they function well and stay in place.
