Poor in quality
Very poor quality, I previously own the same which was quit thick and still maintaining it's elasticity, but this one is thin and started loosing it's elasticity within two months of use, and the previously owned belt is still ok after 10 years of use

It's awesome in it function when you are standing or performing any atheletic activity
It is a back supporter as well as a waist trimmer. I'm going to use it while playing badminton... I think it's going to help a lot.
